All product contact surfaces are either 304 or 316 stainless steel. We usually stock at least 1000 used vessels ranging from 50 litres to 300 000 litres predominantly in stainless steel but also mild steel and grp. We are capable of construction using almost any 300 series stainless steel material as well as most high nickel alloys. As well as supplying used vessels we also manufacture new stainless steel vessels in our state of the art fabrication shop which utilises the latest automated plasma welding techniques. The miniclave is an enlarged version with more ports volumes up to 300 ml and comes in 3 versions depending on whether a jacket and or stirring is required. We craft asme vessels from 6 diameter up to 144 diameter and test each and every vessel to meet stainless steel asme code requirements. Includes the tinyclave for reacting just a few mls.
